Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or defective iPhone cover, or the wrong model (such as an iPhone 15 cover sent for an iPhone 14), please inform us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Please note: Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen display, as we are not the official manufacturer. Minor variations in color or finish are not considered defects.
Once we review your claim, we will offer a refund or exchange for the damaged or incorrect item.
No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons other than:
- Product damage upon arrival
- Wrong model shipped
The following situations will not qualify for return or refund:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Buyer ordered the wrong iPhone model by mistake
- Normal wear and tear after use
- Minor color variations from website images
Please carefully review your iPhone model number and selected cover model before confirming your purchase.
Return Delivery Charges
Return delivery charges must be paid by the customer. We do not offer free return shipping unless the error was entirely our fault (wrong model shipped or product damaged upon arrival).
Refund Amount
Refunds will be issued for the product price listed on our website at the time of purchase only. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Processing Time
